We have a partnership with South Bedfordshire District Council to deal with all Building Control applications regardless to your location, the inspections would then revert back to your Local Council. This partnership gives you added security to minimize potential increase in building cost, in that once plans are approved it is very difficult for another Council to disagree with what has been approved on paper.
